Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tony Twist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Haskey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haskey has chosen Ive got the Power as his entrance music. John Haskey told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tony Twist!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Haskey!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haskey tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Haskey closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Twist wants to control but Haskey passes into side.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Haskey stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Twist scores with a takedown into Haskey's guard.
Twist wants to control from the top but Haskey keeps moving.
Twist preventing the sweep.
Twist stands and throws Haskey's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Twist decides to stand back up. Twist steps back and let's Haskey get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Twist tries to clinch
and Haskey counters with a shoot takedown. Twist fights it but they end up in guard.
Haskey won't allow Twist to sweep him here.
Twist keeping moving, preventing Haskey from controlling successfully.
Twist will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Haskey throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Twist is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Twist wants to get back to his feet but Haskey is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Twist has his feet on Haskey's thighs here. He's pushed Haskey off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Haskey screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
