Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edward Stout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Ibarra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ibarra is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Dropkick Murphys - "I'm Shipping Up to Boston". Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Stout as Ibarra shoots in.
Ibarra shoots in for a double leg but Stout sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Stout feints and as Ibarra raises his hands in defense, Stout changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Stout is looking to take a break and control but Ibarra is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That was a close round but I would say that Edward Stout will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Stout had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ibarra is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Stout Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ibarra's back instead.

Stout is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Ibarra won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Stout off his unconscious opponent!
