Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pau Henson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parson Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parson Tyler is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Seu Braga and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler gets caught flat footed, as Henson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Henson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Henson passes Tyler's left leg - he's now in half guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tyler can do anything to dispel that myth.
Henson tries to pass to full mount but Tyler defends it.
Henson wants to stand up but Tyler has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Tyler is trying to maintain the position but Henson is very close to passing his half guard.
Henson throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Henson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Tyler shoots for a double leg takedown but Henson sprawls well. He's pushed Tyler's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tyler closes the distance and clinches up with Henson, looking for a takedown. Tyler pushes Henson against the cage but Henson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Henson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tyler defends it nicely.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Tyler is defended easily by Henson.

Henson moves in looking to clinch but Tyler pushes him off.

Tyler is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Henson defends well.

Tyler is staying active underneath Henson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Tyler has a hand on Henson's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Henson takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Henson is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Tyler gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Henson counters with a single leg into guard. Tyler didn't expect that.

Henson stands and steps away. Tyler gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Henson instigates a clinch.
Henson throws an elbow that misses.
Tyler trying to control the position but instead, Henson has worked for underhooks and has pushed Tyler into the cage.
Henson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Henson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Henson manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Henson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tyler is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Henson has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Tyler is squirming around, avoiding Henson's attempts to control the action.
Tyler is working to get back to half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Henson avoids the attempt from Tyler to control.
Henson thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Henson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tyler pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Henson shoots in looking for a takedown. Tyler tries to sprawl out of it but Henson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tyler manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Henson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tyler circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pau Henson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tyler has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Henson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Tyler is trying to force a seperation but Henson has the dominant position.
Henson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Henson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Henson has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Tyler is defending well but eventually Henson manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Tyler has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
