Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Osgar MacGregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Kiedis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacGregor comes into the arena with Scotland The Brave blaring out of the sound system. Kiedis has chosen Give It Away as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Osgar MacGregor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anthony Kiedis!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacGregor loads up on a big right hand but Kiedis slips the punch.
Kiedis looks for a takedown but MacGregor sprawls well.
MacGregor works Kiedis's body with a nice hook.
Kiedis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has MacGregor pinned against the cage. MacGregor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
MacGregor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kiedis circles away quickly and effectively.
MacGregor sizes up Kiedis with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Anthony Kiedis has been cut.
Kiedis misses with a takedown attempt - MacGregor sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Osgar MacGregor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Kiedis.
Kiedis closes the distance and clinches up with MacGregor, looking for a takedown. Kiedis pushes MacGregor against the cage but MacGregor circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

MacGregor wants to get back to full guard.
Kiedis is trying to control the action in half guard but MacGregor is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
MacGregor wants to improve his position but Kiedis is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kiedis missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
MacGregor moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Kiedis throwing strikes from guard but MacGregor blocks nicely.

Kiedis drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but MacGregor manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kiedis has MacGregor in his guard.
Kiedis looking to hit a scissor sweep but MacGregor is one step ahead there.
MacGregor controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Kiedis is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Kiedis working a defensive guard but MacGregor manages to pass into side control anyway.
MacGregor tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Kiedis is looking to reverse the position.
Kiedis is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
MacGregor remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
MacGregor trying to control the position but Kiedis is working away.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Horrible takedown by Kiedis or perhaps it was just good defense by MacGregor which made him look bad.
Kiedis uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from MacGregor.
MacGregor just misses with a punch to the body.
Kiedis shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kiedis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around MacGregor's waist but MacGregor gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kiedis off to one side.
MacGregor throws a right hand that Kiedis ducks under and follows up with a left that Kiedis also avoids with ease.
Kiedis tries to score a power double leg takedown but MacGregor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kiedis somewhat.
Kiedis shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with MacGregor but MacGregor pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kiedis looks gassed!
MacGregor's corner calls for a 1-2. MacGregor obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Kiedis misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
MacGregor throws the kick towards the body but Kiedis avoids it.
MacGregor tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kiedis was well out of range. Poor timing from MacGregor.
MacGregor keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
MacGregor lands with a nice body punch.
MacGregor throws a big shot that misses.
MacGregor scores with a jab. Kiedis acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Kiedis misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
MacGregor lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kiedis backs up against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kiedis uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from MacGregor.
MacGregor shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
No joy there for MacGregor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Osgar MacGregor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
MacGregor rushes Kiedis with punches - Kiedis moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Kiedis goes down! MacGregor follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Osgar MacGregor!
