The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakajima tries to clinch up.
Nakajima shoots in and drives through. Araujo sprawls well.
Nakajima gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Araujo.
It looks like Anthony Nakajima has been cut.
Araujo lands a left and a right that send Nakajima crashing to the mat, dazed. Araujo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Nakajima is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Araujo is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Nakajima flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Nakajima is out cold! Araujo holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
