Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wojownik Sboy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henk Balhoofd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henk Balhoofd has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Balhoofd shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sboy's guard.

Sboy had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Balhoofd defends it easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Balhoofd has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sboy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Balhoofd isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Sboy stacks Balhoofd on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Sboy!

That was a close round but I would say that Wojownik Sboy will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Balhoofd wants to control from the top but Sboy keeps moving.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Balhoofd is desperately trying to improve his position but Sboy has a good base and remains in mount.
Balhoofd is trying to reverse the position but instead Sboy has taken his back - oops!
Balhoofd is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Sboy off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Sboy has the hooks in. Balhoofd is starting to panic. He's trying to push off one of the legs but he's left his neck open to attack. Sboy passes his arm under Balhoofd's neck and tightens up a rear naked choke! This one is surely all over! Yes, Balhoofd taps!
