Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian McNulty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolando Morales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brian McNulty! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rolando Morales! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, John Mangel and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McNulty throws a shot from downtown. Morales moves away and avoids it. McNulty shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. McNulty throwing strikes but missing. McNulty wants to get up but he can't break Morales's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. McNulty working some strikes from top position. Morales working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from McNulty. McNulty is looking to stand up but Morales won't let him. McNulty loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McNulty won't allow Morales to sweep him here. McNulty postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. McNulty tries to stand but Morales is controlling from the bottom. McNulty throws a strike but Morales rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Morales is looking to stand up but McNulty won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Morales postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Morales wants to get up but he can't break McNulty's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Morales wants to control from the top but McNulty keeps moving. Morales working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Morales throws a jab when McNulty was well out of range. Morales cracks McNulty with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Brian McNulty has been cut. Morales misses with a few strikes there.
Morales misses with a kick to the body.
Brian McNulty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McNulty fails with a takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McNulty darts in and clinches Morales up against the cage. McNulty wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Morales has him pressed against the cage. McNulty drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Morales gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Morales is looking to break free of the clinch but McNulty has double underhooks. Morales has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A frustrated look appears on Morales's face as he tries to break the clinch. Morales tries to circle away but McNulty has him pinned against the cage. McNulty has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Morales clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! McNulty looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Morales manages to reverse the position and now he's in McNulty's guard. Nice work there by Morales.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morales postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. McNulty working for a triangle but Morales defends it easily.
McNulty has a closed guard, preventing Morales from standing up. McNulty looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Morales puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Morales thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed McNulty's head. Morales seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but McNulty does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Morales scores with a jab to the head.
McNulty tries to close the distance and clinch but Morales swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Morales throws a body punch but McNulty moves out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McNulty dives in and grabs Morales's left leg, looking for a takedown. Morales pushes down on McNulty's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brian McNulty. That's going to take a lot out of him. Morales looks to score with a jab to the body but McNulty is just out of range. Morales throws a right and a left that McNulty avoids nicely. McNulty fails with a takedown attempt. McNulty avoids a punch combination nicely.
Morales lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Morales misses with a few strikes there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rolando Morales dominated that round. The cut man is working on Brian McNulty's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
A combination from Morales does no damage. Morales throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh McNulty colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Morales as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and McNulty is left battered and dazed whilst Morales and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rolando Morales!
