Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, peter pan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve Ecko!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Dean Styles and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ecko circles away.
pan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ecko's waist but Ecko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing pan off to one side.
Ecko drops pan with a right and a left! Ecko comes rushing in but pan regains his composure and manages to keep Ecko in guard.
pan is rocked!
It looks like peter pan has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ecko wants to control from the top but pan keeps moving.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ecko accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
pan wants to stand and escape but Ecko is having none of it.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ecko can do anything to dispel that myth.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

pan feints and as Ecko raises his hands in defense, pan changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
