Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michael Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glen Quagmire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller comes into the arena with Deftones - Change blaring out of the sound system. Glen Quagmire has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Michael Miller's chin.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Glen Quagmire! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Quagmire. Miller drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Quagmire controls Miller momentarily but Miller frees himself. Quagmire looking for subs off his back but Miller has passed one foot through into half guard.
Miller is trying to work for a kimura but Quagmire is defending well.
Quagmire is looking for a sweep. Miller is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Miller is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Quagmire tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Miller paws at him with a jab and circles away. Miller closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Quagmire to the mat! Quagmire manages to get full guard. Miller passes Quagmire's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Miller is looking for a kimura here.
Quagmire slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Miller has gone for a leg lock! Quagmire slips out almost immediately though and dives into Miller's guard. Quagmire postures up in Miller's guard and throws a big left but Miller blocks it. Quagmire trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Miller moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Quagmire attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Miller throws a leg kick which misses Quagmire's front leg but catches the back leg as Quagmire tries to avoid it. Decent striking displayed by Miller there. Miller throws a jab but it's blocked by Quagmire. A slapping leg kick lands for Miller.

A looping hook to the body misses from Quagmire. Miller does a little dance to reset his feet. Miller fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Quagmire on the side of the head. Quagmire throws out a loose jab but Miller uses good head movement to avoid it. Miller keeps the fight on the outside. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! The fighters circling - Quagmire throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Miller gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Miller looking to hit a scissor sweep but Quagmire is one step ahead there. Quagmire postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Quagmire throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Miller working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Quagmire. Miller wants to sweep here but Quagmire controlling him for the moment. Quagmire trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Miller looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Quagmire! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Quagmire is trying to escape the mount.

That was a close second round but I would say that Michael Miller will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Well Miller has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
