Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zach Norman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tayfun Turan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Norman might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Carrion. Zach Norman could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tayfun Turan's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Norman paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Norman clinches up against the cage.
Norman stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Turan tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Norman manages to break the clinch.
Turan tries a low kick but Norman avoids it.
Norman blocks a jab.
Norman has Turan up against the cage in a clinch.

Norman prevents Turan from breaking the clinch.

Norman turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Norman manages to end up in side control.
Turan can't do much from the bottom here.
Norman is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Turan manages to work his way to half guard, despite Norman's best efforts.

Norman wants to stand up but Turan is controlling the position.
Norman is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Turan defends it well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Norman not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Norman slaps away a takedown attempt from Turan, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Norman throws a front kick that sends Turan stumbling back into the cage.
Norman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Turan was covering up waiting for the punch and Norman finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Norman is breathing heavily.
Norman won't allow Turan to sweep him here.

Turan has his hands on Norman's head, controlling the position.
Turan looking to control but Norman passes into half guard.

Norman is trying to control the action in half guard but Turan is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Turan wants to control but Norman is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Turan regains full guard. Nicely done.
Turan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Turan wants to work for an arm triangle but Norman is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Turan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Norman does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Turan seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Norman is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
