Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lucky Lo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lo throws and low kick but Coleman moves out of range easily. Nice sprawl there from Lo as Coleman shoots in. Lo tries to clinch up but Coleman circles away and keeps his distance. Lo fails in his attempt to clinch. Lo wants to land a leg kick but Coleman is out of range. Coleman shoots in for a double leg but Lo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Lo cracks the inside of Coleman's front leg. Lo tries to clinch but Coleman moves out of range. Coleman scores a takedown into full mount! Poor strikes thrown by Coleman there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Coleman lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Lo tries to lock up and control but Coleman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Coleman lands with some strikes. Coleman lands a big elbow. Lo regains half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Coleman thows a huge punch but Lo dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Coleman prevents Lo from standing back up.
Lo trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Lo wants to get back to full guard. Lo keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Coleman not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Coleman stops Lo from getting back to his feet.
Lo is breathing heavily. Lo is looking to improve his position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Coleman is defended easily by Lo. Lucky Lo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Coleman.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Coleman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lo but Lo pushes him off and we're back to square one. Coleman feints and as Lo raises his hands in defense, Coleman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Lo wants to stand but Coleman is controlling the position. Coleman tries to free his leg and advance position but Lo is retaining full guard. Lo wants to stand up but Coleman is controlling him. Coleman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Lo is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Coleman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lo swivels though and keeps the full guard. Coleman is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Lo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Coleman counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Lo! The referee warns Lo that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Lo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lo tries to get out of the position. A nice elbow there by Coleman. Lo manages to regain half guard. Good work. Lo gets back to full guard.
Lo is looking to stand up but Coleman isn't so interested in that idea.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Coleman stopping the sweep attempt from Lo. Lo is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Coleman postures up and lands a big shot to Lo's brow. Lo has momentary wrist control but Coleman slips an elbow through the middle. Coleman pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lo is keeping the position for now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Coleman is one step ahead there. Coleman postures up.

Coleman decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Lo trying to hold on to Coleman's head to control him but Coleman postures up.
Coleman has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Coleman lands a big elbow. Lo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Lo is trying to escape the mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Coleman cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lo somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Coleman feints and as Lo raises his hands in defense, Coleman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Coleman scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Coleman looking to pass the guard. Coleman lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Coleman won't allow Lo to sweep him here. Coleman is working Lo over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Lo is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Coleman connects with a couple of short punches. Lo wants to get back to his feet but Coleman is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Coleman advances position into side control! Lo is not content to let Coleman control the position. Lo is trying to control Coleman's posture but Coleman avoids it. Chris Coleman has got the better of the ground game so far. Coleman landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Coleman is looking to take a break and control but Lo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Lo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Coleman really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Coleman is trying to control but can't.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Lo lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Coleman shoots in for a takedown but Lo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Lo.
Lo finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Coleman scores a takedown into full mount! Coleman trying to control but he's not successful this time. Lo sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Chris Coleman is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Lo is trying to stand back up but Coleman is controlling him
Coleman wants to pass the guard but Lo is defending well. Lucky Lo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Coleman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Coleman winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
