The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
No luck for Penn with that takedown attempt.
Gaston stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gaston wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for DJ Penn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gaston drops Penn with a beautiful combination! Penn stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gaston is looking for the KO!

Gaston lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Penn falls backwards - clearly groggy! Gaston dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
