The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saku throws a wild body kick that Jantunen sees coming a mile off.
Jantunen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Saku sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jantunen somewhat.
Saku tries a head kick but it misses.
A shot to de liver by Saku. Beautiful body shot.
Saku looks to land a left hand but Jantunen moved out of range nicely.
Saku thumps Jantunen with a low kick.
Jantunen fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jantunen looks gassed!
Saku swings for the body but Jantunen moves out of range.
Saku misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jantunen.
Saku's corner calls for a 1-2. Saku obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Saku could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Saku scores with a leg kick.

Saku lands with a nice body kick.
Jantunen takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Jaakko Jantunen has been cut.
An inside leg kick lands from Saku.
Saku lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Saku goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Saku scores with a spinning back kick!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A chopping leg kick lands by Saku.
Jantunen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Saku throws a head kick that misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Saku.
Saku lands with a nice body kick.

Jantunen looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
A chopping leg kick lands by Saku.
Saku throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Jantunen.
Saku lands a nice looking body kick.
Good leg kick by Saku there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Jantunen takes one to the chin there.
Jantunen walks into a left hand.
Jantunen has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Saku finds it's way round the side to connect with Jantunen's head.

Jantunen is rocked!
Saku lands with a nice body punch.
Jantunen is still on wobbly legs! Can Saku finish him?
Saku lands with a thumping leg kick.
Jantunen seems to have recovered his senses.
Saku thuds his shin into the meat of Jantunen's side.

Jantunen chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Saku can pounce on him.

Saku scores with a nice strike.
Good standup being displayed there by Saku as he connects with a hook.
Jantunen walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Saku throws a quick inside leg kick.
Saku scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

That has opened up Jaakko Jantunen's cut even more.
