Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bors Whiskavich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Cruise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bors Whiskavich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Royce Cruise! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A left and a right from Whiskavich both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Royce Cruise has been cut. Whiskavich misses with a two punch combination.
Cruise tries to close the distance and clinch up but Whiskavich swats him away and circles back towards the center. Whiskavich drops Cruise with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cruise looks back up at him and smiles so Whiskavich waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Cruise is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cruise tries to score a power double leg takedown but Whiskavich sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cruise somewhat. Cruise looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Whiskavich! Cruise jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Whiskavich is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Whiskavich and Cruise has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Cruise wants to lay and pray for a moment but Whiskavich keeps working. Whiskavich can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Whiskavich stops Cruise from passing to mount. Cruise tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cruise has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Cruise looks gassed! Whiskavich is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Whiskavich on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Whiskavich tries to get out of the position. Cruise looking to control but instead Whiskavich has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Cruise wants to free his trapped foot but Whiskavich is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Whiskavich lands a hook that stumbles Cruise back into the cage. Whiskavich follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Cruise to the canvas! Whiskavich pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Cruise has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Bors Whiskavich!
