Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harrison Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and james kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). kent has chosen i can ride my bike with no handlebars as his entrance music. james kent has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Harrison Moore's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Harrison Moore! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, james kent! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moore shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. kent looking for a takedown here - he's got it. kent trying to control but Moore is working from the bottom. Moore working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. kent doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. kent manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Moore controls kent momentarily but kent frees himself. kent missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. kent trying to control the position from guard on top but Moore is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. kent preventing the sweep. Moore keeping moving, preventing kent from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore wants to sweep but no luck. Moore really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. kent fails with the takedown and Moore moves into the clinch. Moore wants a takedown.

Good work there from kent! kent lands a decent elbow from side control. Moore sneaks back into half guard. Moore looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Moore with the active half guard here but kent passes nicely into side control. kent tries to stand but Moore is controlling his head. Moore manages to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Moore manages to regain full guard. Nice work. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moore is on top in guard.
Moore passes kent's left leg - he's now in half guard. kent tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Moore thows a huge punch but kent dodges it nicely.
kent is trying to maintain the position but Moore is very close to passing his half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. kent tries to roll over but Moore keeps him under control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moore is thwarting kent's attempts to control the position. Moore stops kent from getting back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Moore prevents kent from improving his position. Moore has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. kent is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
kent wants to control but Moore is having none of it. Moore misses with a head shot. Moore tries to control but kent wriggling away. kent in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. kent is squirming around, avoiding Moore's attempts to control the action. Moore avoids the attempt from kent to control. Moore jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but kent manages to avoid the submission attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Harrison Moore dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
kent tries to clinch up and Moore counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Moore. Moore drops down looking for an ankle pick but kent pulls his leg out and moves away.
kent throws a sloppy head kick and Moore moves out of range easily. Moore takes a shot right to the bread basket. kent tries to bum rush Moore with a series of wild strikes but Moore uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Moore lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and kent has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from kent and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. kent is breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. kent shoots in for a double leg but Moore sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Moore drives through with a takedown into guard. Moore wants to control from the top but kent keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Moore trying to control but kent is working from the bottom. kent looking to hit a scissor sweep but Moore is one step ahead there.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. kent misses with a leg kick and Moore moves into the clinch. Moore drops to a knee looking for a takedown but kent gets the underhooks and prevents it.
kent escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. kent scores with a takedown into Moore's guard. kent wants to control from the top but Moore keeps moving. kent wants to stand but Moore is controlling his posture from full guard. kent tries to free his leg and advance position but Moore is retaining full guard. Moore keeping moving, preventing kent from controlling successfully. kent trying to stand up but can't free himself from Moore's guard. kent trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. kent must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moore is on top in guard.
kent pushes Moore off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. kent looks to clinch and Moore counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Harrison Moore overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

kent really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Moore. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Moore tries to pass to full mount but kent defends it. kent wants to control but Moore is keeping busy.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Moore fails with the takedown and kent counters with a straight right hand.

Moore slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. kent prevents Moore from moving into mount. Moore working away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. kent tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Moore wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The strikes coming from Moore are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Moore has knee on belly and moves into mount. kent tries to hold on but Moore pushes him away. Harrison Moore dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Moore drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Moore passes kent's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Moore wants to work for an arm triangle but kent is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Moore is landing with some decent strikes but kent is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. kent has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Moore looking for the RNC. Moore looking to hold on to the position here but kent rolls and ends up regaining guard.

kent wants to sweep here but Moore controlling him for the moment. Moore stands and throws kent's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Moore looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. kent tries to get back to half guard but can't. Moore thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. kent wants to control but Moore postures up. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Moore goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, kent rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Moore's guard! Nice work there by kent! james kent has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Moore is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
And that's the end of the fight! Harrison Moore showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Moore, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
