Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gheorghe Muresan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Anderson Souza!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Luis Engracia and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Muresan manages to avoid it.
Muresan slips under a jab from Souza.
Souza throws a right hand that Muresan ducks under and follows up with a left that Muresan also avoids with ease.
Souza scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Gheorghe Muresan has been cut.
Anderson Souza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Souza pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Muresan.
Souza looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A good leg kick by Muresan.
Muresan connects with a solid leg kick.
Muresan steps into range and cracks Souza with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Souza flops backwards and Muresan dives into his guard looking to finish!
It looks like Anderson Souza has been cut.
Souza keeping moving, preventing Muresan from controlling successfully.
Souza wants to stand but Muresan is controlling the position.
Muresan trying to control the position from guard on top but Souza is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Muresan is really struggling to control Souza but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Souza has a closed guard, preventing Muresan from standing up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Muresan trying to control but Souza is working from the bottom.
Muresan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Muresan cracks Souza on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Souza falls backwards against the cage. Muresan follows up with more strikes that drop Souza to his knees. Muresan keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Souza! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gheorghe Muresan!
