Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikko Vantinnen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rohaldo Roguera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vantinnen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Roguera pinned against the cage. Roguera gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Roguera tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Roguera has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Vantinnen is looking to reverse the position.

Roguera goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Vantinnen rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Roguera's guard! Nice work there by Vantinnen!

Roguera is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Vantinnen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Vantinnen shrugs it off.

Roguera is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Vantinnen defends it well.

Vantinnen is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Roguera pulls his head out easily.

Vantinnen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Roguera's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Roguera's back!

Vantinnen is trying to stick to Roguera's back but Roguera is turning into Vantinnen. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Vantinnen's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Roguera.
Roguera should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Vantinnen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Roguera is pushing down on Vantinnen's leg trying to pass to half guard. Vantinnen is fighting to maintain full guard but Roguera has managed to sneak the leg through.
