Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rodrigo Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Jackon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the cage accompanied by Sepultura - Refuse/Resist. Jackon has chosen Sky Might Fall as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rodrigo Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyson Jackon!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackon fails with a takedown attempt.
Jackon closes the distance and clinches up with Diaz, looking for a takedown. Jackon pushes Diaz against the cage but Diaz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Diaz misses with a hook. Jackon ducked under it nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
