Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lazaro Casanova!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Casanova misses with a two punch combination.
Casanova lands with a nice combination. Dorrance backs away looking to recover.
Casanova avoids the head kick by Dorrance.
Dorrance defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Casanova.
Dorrance pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Casanova slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Dorrance slaps away a takedown attempt from Casanova, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Casanova throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Dorrance ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Casanova darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Casanova is looking to take a break and control but Dorrance is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Dorrance is trying to control but can't.

Casanova is working for a kimura but Dorrance is defending it quite comfortably.
Dorrance is trying to stand up here but Casanova is controlling him well.
Casanova seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Casanova looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Casanova connects with a nice short shot to Dorrance's temple.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Casanova is working for a submission of some sort.
Casanova frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Dorrance tries to lock up and control but Casanova gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Dorrance wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Casanova gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Casanova throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Dorrance lands with a kick to the ribs.
Casanova looks gassed!
A slapping body kick lands there for Dorrance.
Dorrance throws a head kick that Casanova semi-blocks.
It looks like Lazaro Casanova has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Dorrance! Casanova is out on his feet! Dorrance rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Casanova is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Casanova is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
