Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Patryck Mendes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Wu-Tang Clan - Bring Da Ruckus kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Patryck Mendes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Steven Lee!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee works over Mendes's head and body with a nice combination.
Lee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mendes throws a head kick but Lee moves out of range.
Mendes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively.
Lee feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Mendes's calf.
Lee lands a nice shot to the body.
Lee gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Mendes to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mendes is one step ahead there.
Mendes wanted to stand there but Lee had control of the position.
Mendes stopping the sweep attempt from Lee.
Lee manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Mendes manages to get himself to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mendes can't keep his opponent in guard - Lee advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Lee frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Lee is trying to control here but Mendes has managed to regain half guard.
Lee scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Lee is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Mendes!
Lee quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Lee but it's paid off an Mendes is forced to tap! Nice work by Lee.
