Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cocky Balboner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rashawn Curry!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curry fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Balboner avoids it really well and circles away.
Curry avoids the body shot from Balboner.
Balboner swats away the attempt to clinch by Curry.
Curry closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Curry is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Curry stalling.
Curry is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Balboner doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Curry.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Curry prevents Balboner from improving his position.
Curry tries to pass the half guard into mount. Balboner knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Balboner tries to roll over but Curry keeps him under control.
Curry passes to full mount!
Curry is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Balboner can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Curry sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Balboner is looking to improve his position but Curry isn't that keen on the idea.
Balboner is squirming around, avoiding Curry's attempts to control the action.

Curry takes Balboner's back.
Balboner preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Curry.
Curry is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Balboner has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Curry is looking to control Balboner but Balboner is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Balboner trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.

Balboner tries to escape the position.
Curry sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Balboner taps out!
