The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior shoots in but no luck this time.
Nice sprawl there from Pin as Junior shoots in.
Pin lands a nice hook to Junior's body. Junior takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Pin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pin wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Thiago Junior. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Junior tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Junior somewhat.

Pin drops Junior with a nice combination! Pin dives into Junior's guard, looking to finish!
