Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mankee King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ernesto Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rivera is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Run Away. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Damien Edna and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rivera lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and King has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from King and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
King throws a hook but Rivera avoids it easily.
King could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
King scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Rivera is trying to escape the position but King is controlling the position.
King throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Rivera works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Rivera takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Mankee King overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

King pushes Rivera off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rivera lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
King throws a big shot that misses.

Rivera looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
King avoids a kick to the body.

King darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Rivera has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. King is working away from the top position though.
Ernesto Rivera has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

King is just content to waste time from the top position. Rivera takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

I would just about give that final round to Ernesto Rivera.
