Luutch comes into the arena with job2 do - doo doo doo blaring out of the sound system. Bear McKenzie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Luutch ducks under a wild hook from McKenzie. Luutch shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McKenzie sprawls well. McKenzie wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Luutch gets slowly back to his feet. Luutch feints and as McKenzie raises his hands in defense, Luutch changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Luutch is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! McKenzie is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! McKenzie has escaped and now he's on top! McKenzie trying to control the position from guard on top but Luutch is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. McKenzie must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. McKenzie is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... That's one minute gone in the round. McKenzie throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. McKenzie won't allow Luutch to sweep him here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McKenzie passes Luutch's left leg - he's now in half guard. Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Luutch is looking to clinch. McKenzie leaves Luutch with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. McKenzie stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Larry Luutch. That's going to take a lot out of him. McKenzie stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and McKenzie wants it to stay on the feet. Luutch is breathing heavily. McKenzie looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. McKenzie shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than McKenzie was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! McKenzie throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Luutch really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. McKenzie throwing strikes here but Luutch is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

McKenzie throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Luutch because McKenzie loaded up on that one. McKenzie misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. McKenzie throwing strikes here but Luutch is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Luutch slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. McKenzie thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Luutch to regain full guard. McKenzie throws and elbow that misses. Luutch uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in McKenzie's guard. Nice move by Luutch! McKenzie lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Luutch!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Luutch wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by McKenzie.
McKenzie trying to control but Luutch is having none of it. McKenzie thowing shots but they're missing. McKenzie misses with a head shot. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McKenzie cracks Luutch with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. McKenzie unloads with some shots from mount but Luutch bucks and avoids them well.

Luutch is rocked! McKenzie looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Oh Luutch is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! McKenzie punching from mount but Luutch doing a good job of avoiding damage. McKenzie throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

McKenzie looking to ground and pound but Luutch is blocking nicely. McKenzie is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Luutch can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bear McKenzie dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Luutch blocks a leg kick. Larry Luutch is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Luutch throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! McKenzie misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Luutch.
Luutch walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Larry Luutch has been cut. The fight stays on the outside here - Luutch looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Luutch stalks McKenzie and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into McKenzie's face. McKenzie staggers backwards, shaken. McKenzie drops Luutch with a naaaaasty hook - Luutch is in real trouble here! McKenzie dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bear McKenzie!
