Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ben Benson!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Chad Campbell and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benson blocks the body kick.
Banner throws a sloppy head kick and Benson moves out of range easily.
Banner throws out a loose jab but Benson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Banner ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
A head kick misses from Banner.
Banner tries a head kick but it misses.
Banner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Benson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Banner is trying to defend but Benson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Banner is trying to stand back up but Benson is controlling him
Benson wants to work for an arm triangle but Banner is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Benson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Banner is just riding it out for now. Benson eventually gives up the hold.
Benson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Benson passes to full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Benson mounts Banner! Really nice guard pass there!
Banner is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Benson quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Benson but it's paid off an Banner is forced to tap! Nice work by Benson.
