The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cop closes the distance and clinches.
BOXE is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Cop pulls him back up using the underhooks.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Cop.

Cop manages to break the clinch.
BOXE takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Cop scores with a crisp jab that stopped BOXE in his tracks.
BOXE tries to clinch but Cop moves out of range.
Cop stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cop wants it to stay on the feet.

Cop throws out a powerful jab.
Cop throws a hook but BOXE avoids it easily.
Mirko Cop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
BOXE wants to clinch but Cop slips to the side
and Cop makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Cop throws a sloppy head kick and BOXE moves out of range easily.
Oh BOXE is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Cop knocks BOXE out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
