The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
trahana fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but nyf avoids it really well and circles away.
trahana closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. nyf did well to prevent trahana getting side control.
nyf is trying to maintain the position but trahana is very close to passing his half guard.
nyf on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if nyf tries to get out of the position.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with trahana in particular looking to stall.
