Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Rizzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar comes to the cage accompanied by can you smell what the rock is cooking?. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brock Lesnar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tony Rizzo! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Dean Styles and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rizzo is looking to score with low kicks. Rizzo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rizzo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lesnar swats him away and circles back towards the center. Rizzo pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Rizzo throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Rizzo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lesnar.
Rizzo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lesnar is out of range and Rizzo settles back down. Lesnar swats away the attempt to clinch by Rizzo. Rizzo uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lesnar has time to react. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lesnar wants to clinch but Rizzo slips to the side and Rizzo counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Brock Lesnar has been cut. Lesnar tries to clinch but Rizzo moves away and Rizzo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Rizzo shoots in looking for a takedown. Lesnar tries to sprawl out of it but Rizzo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lesnar manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Rizzo rushes Lesnar and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rizzo trying to stall but Lesnar improves his position.

Lesnar's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Lesnar changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rizzo fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Lesnar closes the distance but Rizzo moves to the side and Rizzo counters with a shoot takedown. Lesnar fights it but they end up in guard. Lesnar on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lesnar tries to get out of the position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lesnar has a closed guard, preventing Rizzo from standing up. Lesnar wants to stand but Rizzo is controlling the position. Lesnar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rizzo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rizzo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lesnar has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rizzo has managed to get both his arms back between Lesnar's legs - danger averted. Rizzo tries to free his leg and advance position but Lesnar is retaining full guard. Lesnar working for a triangle but Rizzo defends it easily.
Rizzo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lesnar's guard. Lesnar actively working from the bottom here.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Rizzo looks to land a combination but Lesnar avoids it well. Rizzo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lesnar circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lesnar tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Rizzo counters with a thumping low kick. Lesnar swats away the attempt to clinch by Rizzo. Lesnar fails in his attempt to clinch. Rizzo throws a head kick but Lesnar moves out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Lesnar can't get the takedown.

Lesnar is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Rizzo pulls him back up using the underhooks. Lesnar jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rizzo walks away with a smile on his face. Lesnar gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Rizzo scores a takedown into full mount! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lesnar avoids a series of strikes thrown by Rizzo.
Rizzo misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Lesnar tries to reverse the position but Rizzo maintains control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Rizzo dominated that round. The cut man is working on Brock Lesnar's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Lesnar pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rizzo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lesnar swivels and escapes. Lesnar wants to clinch. Rizzo explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Lesnar closes the distance looking to clinch and Rizzo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. A left and a right from Rizzo both land. Nice combination. Lesnar clinches but Rizzo breaks the clinch and Rizzo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lesnar thinking. Rizzo is looking to clinch but Lesnar is avoiding it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Rizzo circles away from the clinch attempt and Rizzo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Lesnar changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rizzo fights it off and pushes away nicely.
