Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Beast Mode (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Les Grossman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mode blocks a head kick by Grossman.
No joy there for Mode, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Grossman shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mode manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Grossman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mode swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Grossman's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Grossman stands up and beckons Mode to join him on the feet.
Grossman shoots for a double leg takedown but Mode sprawls well. He's pushed Grossman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Grossman pushes Mode back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Mode avoiding damage as Grossman throws knees to the body.

Grossman drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Beast Mode seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Grossman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mode sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Grossman somewhat.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Mode tries to hold on but Grossman postures up.
Grossman stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Grossman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mode swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Grossman is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mode sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Grossman slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Mode is staying active underneath Grossman, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Grossman looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Let's hope that Grossman has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Grossman cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Grossman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mode as he avoids it easily.
Beast Mode is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Grossman just misses with a punch to the body.
Mode throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Grossman decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Mode, up you get!

Grossman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mode sprawls well. Mode wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Grossman gets slowly back to his feet.
Mode scores with a one two! Grossman had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Mode uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Grossman.

Mode stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mode wants it to stay on the feet.

Grossman is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mode's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mode's back!
Mode is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
I really don't envy Mode right now.

Grossman looking to break Mode's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Mode remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Grossman will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Beast Mode has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Grossman is hanging on to Mode's back as he tries to escape.

Les Grossman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Grossman winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
