Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Judge Hemana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petronio Cangussu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Petronio Cangussu enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cangussu drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Hemana is striking but Cangussu is not phased and passes to half guard.

Cangussu decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
A slow jab from Hemana misses its intended target.

Hemana lands a big uppercut and Cangussu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Cangussu looks OK. Hemana waves Cangussu back to his feet!

It looks like Petronio Cangussu has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Cangussu shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Cangussu is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Cangussu postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hemana looks a forlorn figure.
