Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinez slaps away a takedown attempt from Beraev, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Beraev wants to clinch.
Martinez moves in looking to clinch but Beraev pushes him off.
Martinez rushes Beraev and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Beraev gets control of Martinez's arms and successfully pulls guard. Beraev will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Beraev looking to control but Martinez passes into half guard.
Beraev trying to control from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Beraev is trying to escape back to his feet but Martinez uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Beraev bucks up and tries to throw Martinez off but instead Martinez has got his back!
Martinez lands strikes to the head.
Beraev wants to control his opponent's hands but Martinez gets his hands free.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Martinez's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Martinez controlling well, preventing Beraev from escaping the position.
Will Martinez go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Beraev tries to escape but he's let his defenses down in doing so and Martinez has slipped in the rear naked choke! Oh, that's tiiiiiiiiight! Beraev is tapping! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
