The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carlson Jr is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

McGinastein takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Carlson Jr postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked McGinastein badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Carlson Jr around the waist but Carlson Jr pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Carlson Jr is the winner by TKO! Carlson Jr jumps onto the ropes and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
