Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Divine Hand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Hamilton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hand comes to the cage accompanied by Mafia-Streets. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Divine Hand!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George Hamilton!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamilton cracks Hand with a good jab.


It looks like Divine Hand has been cut.
Hand is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hamilton sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Hamilton moves into the clinch.
Hamilton should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Hamilton can't get the takedown.
Hand is trying to stall.
Hand doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Hand tries to circle away but Hamilton has him pinned against the cage.

Hand wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Hamilton uses the opportunity to regain full guard.

Hamilton kicks Hand off and gets to his feet.

Hamilton has Hand up against the cage in a clinch.
Hamilton jumps guard but Hand stands there with Hamilton around his waist. Hamilton gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hand wants to break free but Hamilton has control.
Hand throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Hamilton manages to pull guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hamilton holds on and takes a little breather.
Hand looking to sit in guard and control but Hamilton gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Hamilton throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hand works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Hand wants to stand up but Hamilton is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hamilton wants to get up but he can't break Hand's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Hamilton wants to control from the top but Hand keeps moving.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hand misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
No joy there for Hamilton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
George Hamilton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hamilton moves into the clinch.

Hand pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hamilton throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hamilton tries to clinch but Hand moves out of range.
Hand fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hamilton checks it well.
Hamilton moves in looking to clinch but Hand pushes him off.
Hamilton scores with a jab.
Hamilton tries to close the distance and clinch but Hand swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hand keeps the fight on the outside.
Hamilton connects with a jab.

Hamilton tries to clinch but Hand moves out of range.
Hamilton looks gassed!
Hand drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Hamilton scores with a sloppy right hand. Hand should have avoided that one.
Hamilton circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hand shoots in for a double leg but Hamilton sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Hamilton closes the distance and clinches.

Hamilton pulls guard effortlessly.
Hand wants to control from the top but Hamilton keeps moving.
Hamilton is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Hamilton manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hand manages to get himself to full guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

George Hamilton dominated that round.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


No joy there for Hand, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hand shoots in for a takedown but Hamilton shows good takedown defense.
Hamilton lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A punch combination from Hamilton misses.
Hamilton throws a series of punches but Hand avoids them all with ease.
Hamilton moves in looking to clinch but Hand pushes him off.
Hamilton bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hand's head.
Hamilton swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hand.
Hand shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hamilton as he avoids it easily.
Hamilton lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Hamilton misses with a double jab

and Hand holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Hand tries to break the clinch but Hamilton is controlling the position.
Hand tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hamilton smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Divine Hand. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hand has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Hamilton uses from the top position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hamilton throws and elbow that misses. Hand uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hamilton's guard. Nice move by Hand!

Hand slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Hamilton is trying to hold Hand in close to prevent damage but Hand has managed to pass into half guard.
Hamilton is staying active underneath Hand, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

George Hamilton showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Hand shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hamilton pinned against the cage. Hamilton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Hand closes the distance and pushes Hamilton back into the cage.

Hand rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hamilton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hand drives through and clinches with Hamilton against the cage.
Hand wants to break free but Hamilton has control.
Hamilton wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hand has him pressed against the cage.
Hand gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hamilton.
Hamilton tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hand just stands there and leans against the cage.
Divine Hand has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Hamilton.

Hamilton connects with a high kick.
Hand throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A head kick by Hamilton misses

and Hand counters with a takedown into side control.
Hand creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Hamilton sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Hamilton tries to buck Hand off but Hand is having none of it.
Hamilton wants to get back to his feet but Hand drags him back down.
Divine Hand has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
George Hamilton is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
