2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Monty Reynolds! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reynolds clinches. Reynolds will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Mantle up against the cage. Reynolds receives a warning from the referee for stalling. Mantle could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Mantle throws a punch but it's blocked by Reynolds. Mantle breaks the clinch.
Reynolds closes the distance and pushes Mantle back into the cage. Reynolds has Mantle pushed against the cage. Mantle misses with the head strike.
Mantle throws a head punch that misses. Reynolds blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Reynolds just leaning against Mantle, taking a breather. The crowd are getting on Reynolds's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Monty Reynolds. Reynolds has closed the distance and engaged Mantle in a clinch.

Reynolds shoots in for a double leg but Mantle sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Mantle clinches but Reynolds breaks the clinch and Reynolds counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Mantle! Reynolds looks gassed! Mantle working to try and regain half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Reynolds has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Mantle is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Reynolds controlling from the full mount. Mantle keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Reynolds controlling his opponent. Mantle tries to lock up and control but Reynolds gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Reynolds takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Despite being in the dominant position, Monty Reynolds just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Reynolds forces Mantle back against the cage and clinches. Reynolds breaks from the clinch.

Mantle wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Mantle misses with a punch on the inside.

Nice work. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Reynolds moves into the clinch successfully.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Reynolds lands a nice short elbow. Reynolds stands up out of the half guard. Reynolds has a takedown stuffed. Reynolds drives through and clinches with Mantle against the cage.

Mantle is trying to break the clinch but Reynolds is controlling him. Mantle swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Both fighters working to control the clinch. Mantle is trying to break the clinch but Reynolds is controlling him. Reynolds is pushing Mantle up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Mantle working aggressively here.
Reynolds is struggling to control the position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Monty Reynolds. Reynolds is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mantle's half guard. Mantle is looking to get back to is feet but Reynolds passes into side control.
And that's the end of the fight! Monty Reynolds comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Reynolds has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
