Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hua Silvah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronny Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silvah kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Manowar - Die for Metal. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Silvah.
Silvah displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Torres.

Torres shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Silvah napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Silvah is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Torres's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Silvah is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Torres gets his way!

Silvah is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Torres to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Torres shrugs it off.

Silvah takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Silvah throws the kick towards the body but Torres avoids it.

It looks like Ronny Torres has been cut.
Silvah swings for the body but Torres moves out of range.
No joy there for Silvah, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Torres is breathing heavily.

Torres gets caught flat footed, as Silvah shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Torres is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Silvah not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Silvah slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Silvah here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Silvah thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

and Silvah counters with an inside leg kick.
Silvah moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Silvah buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Torres moves out of range of the body kick.

Silvah closes the distance and clinches.

Silvah escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Torres takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Silvah feints and as Torres raises his hands in defense, Silvah changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Silvah is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Torres is looking for a triangle but Silvah pushes his legs off easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Silvah drops back, looking for a kneebar! Torres looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Torres looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Torres!
Hua Silvah is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
