Beam throws an uppercut from half a mile away. King sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Beam closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Jack Beam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beam misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
King throws a right and a left that both miss.
King uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Beam.
Beam scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Beam pushes down on King's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Beam is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. King doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Beam.
King makes his way to full guard. A much better position for King.

King is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Beam tries to free his leg and advance position but King is retaining full guard.
Beam drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Beam seems to have locked his on tight now - King screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Beam, as he picks up the win!
