Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Acton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and dominickoy machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). machida is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: the game. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
machida leaves Acton with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Peter Acton overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
machida has his foot on Acton's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Acton works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

machida has his feet on Acton's thighs here. He's pushed Acton off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Acton screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
