Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Melvin Kleinsasser!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kleinsasser decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Schwieger on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Schwieger tries to get out of the position.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Kleinsasser cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Kleinsasser breaks from Schwieger's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Kleinsasser is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Schwieger to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Schwieger shrugs it off.

Schwieger squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Kleinsasser tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Let's hope that Kleinsasser has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Schwieger is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
