The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
griffin throws a one two combo.
It looks like Daniel Brown has been cut.
griffin lands with a right hand.
griffin closes the distance and clinches.
griffin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
griffin avoids the head kick by Brown.
griffin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brown moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A combination from griffin does no damage.
Brown misses with a head kick.
griffin thuds a left hand into Brown's body.
Brown looks to land a combination but griffin avoids it well.
griffin cracks Brown with an open hand slap.
griffin closes the distance and clinches.
griffin working hard to break the clinch.
griffin has had enough of the clinch but Brown keeps him there for the moment.
griffin wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
griffin tries to break free but Brown pushes him back against the cage.
griffin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
griffin scores with a hook to the body. Brown takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Brown is breathing heavily.
griffin takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
griffin lands the left hand.
Brown is rocked!
griffin dances in with a quick combination. Brown is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from griffin snaps Brown's head back. Brown stumbles backwards against the cage. griffin steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Brown's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Brown just didn't come prepared.
