Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tim Kolo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and AB Sly II (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Kolo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, AB Sly II! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sly II fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kolo avoids it really well and circles away. Kolo instigates a clinch. Kolo decides to pull guard. Sly II trying to control the position from guard on top but Kolo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kolo is controlling Sly II's posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kolo has his foot on Sly II's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sly II works his way back into a safe position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sly II pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kolo is keeping the position for now. Kolo looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Sly II is looking to work some ground and pound but Kolo has wrist control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Sly II is working Kolo over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Sly II connects with a couple of short punches. Sly II distracts Kolo with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Kolo is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Sly II tries to free his leg and advance position but Kolo is retaining full guard. Kolo is working an open guard so Sly II takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Kolo misses with a takedown and Sly II counters into the clinch. Nicely done. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sly II lands with a short head shot on the inside. Kolo has Sly II pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sly II manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Kolo is trying to drag Sly II to the mat but Sly II just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but AB Sly II will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sly II feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Sly II throws a big right hand that misses. Kolo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sly II doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sly II manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Sly II trying to control the position from guard on top but Kolo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kolo utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Sly II instigates a clinch. Kolo has Sly II pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sly II manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Kolo has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Sly II avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Kolo keeps control of Sly II as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Sly II drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kolo pulls his leg out and moves away.
Sly II fails with the takedown and Kolo counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sly II! Kolo tries to control but Sly II wriggling away. Kolo jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Sly II is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Sly II and Kolo has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kolo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sly II, who protects the arm well. Sly II is looking for a sweep. Kolo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kolo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sly II is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kolo is controlling him well.

Kolo shoots and misses and Sly II counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kolo's guard now. Sly II looking to sit in guard and control but Kolo gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Sly II looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Sly II swats away the attempt to clinch by Kolo. Kolo scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Kolo could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kolo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Sly II manages to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kolo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kolo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sly II does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Sly II is looking to control Kolo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sly II avoid being mounted? Sly II wants to improve his position but Kolo is controlling well.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sly II fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Sly II tries a head kick but it misses.
Sly II closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Kolo is not content to let Sly II control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kolo wants to control but Sly II is keeping busy and won't allow it. Sly II is looking to take a break and control but Kolo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sly II with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! AB Sly II comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Sly II winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
