Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severtson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
ass gets the takedown into side control.
Severtson is looking for a sweep.
ass lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
ass stands up and beckons Severtson to his feet.
ass closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Severtson tries to improve position but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
ass decides to stand up, so the ref orders Severtson to his feet.
ass tries to close the distance and clinch up but Severtson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Severtson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
ass with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
ass is looking to stand up but Severtson won't let him.
ass stands up from Severtson's guard - ass perhaps looking for a knockout.
ass tries to clinch but Severtson is having none of it.
ass closes the distance and clinches.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Severtson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

ass is sitting in close to Severtson's body. Severtson has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! ass is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, ass is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Severtson.
