Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ash Larson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samoa Rome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Larson comes to the cage accompanied by Let the Bodies Hit the Floor. Rome has chosen Samoan Death as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Sergei Dronov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rome feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Larson manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Larson scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Samoa Rome has been cut.
Larson misses the shot to the body.
Larson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rome stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Larson tries to score with a low kick but Rome moves his leg out of the way.

Larson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Larson looks to land a combination but Rome avoids it well.

Rome is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Rome tries to pass to full mount but Larson defends it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Larson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Rome.
Rome is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Larson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Rome looks gassed!

Larson wants to get back to his feet but Rome drags him back down.
Rome is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Larson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rome is working for a guillotine from mount but Larson frees his head quite easily.

Larson is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Larson won't enjoy being in this position. Rome looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Larson is tapping - it's over boys! Rome picks up the submission victory!
