Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Muller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McCarthy might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Can't be touched. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brian Muller! The judges for this bout are , and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCarthy throws a right hand that Muller ducks under and follows up with a left that Muller also avoids with ease. Muller doesn't manage to clinch there - McCarthy circles away.
Muller clinches up with McCarthy and pushes him back against the cage. McCarthy scores with a nice hook to the head. Muller lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Muller goes for a takedown attempt but McCarthy pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
McCarthy gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Muller throws a strike but McCarthy rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Muller keeping moving, preventing McCarthy from controlling successfully. McCarthy wants to stand but Muller is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Muller wants to get back to his feet but McCarthy is in a dominant position and won't allow it. McCarthy throwing strikes but missing. McCarthy trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Muller keeping full guard, as McCarthy tries to pass. McCarthy stops Muller from standing up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. McCarthy moves into the clinch successfully.
Muller wants the takedown. McCarthy is fighting it off but Muller persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in McCarthy's guard against the cage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Muller throwing strikes but missing. McCarthy manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Muller's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McCarthy throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Muller because McCarthy loaded up on that one. McCarthy working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. McCarthy content just to control the position here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Muller wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by McCarthy.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. McCarthy trying to control but Muller is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brian Muller dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
McCarthy wants to clinch up but Muller keeps it at a distance. Muller doesn't manage to clinch there - McCarthy circles away.
Muller tries to grapple but his opponent circles and McCarthy counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Muller's guard now. Muller keeping full guard, as McCarthy tries to pass. Muller keeping moving, preventing McCarthy from controlling successfully. McCarthy controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCarthy drops back looking for a leg! Muller is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Muller manages to kick McCarthy off! McCarthy jumps back into Muller's guard. McCarthy prevents Muller from getting back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. McCarthy trying to control but Muller is working from the bottom. McCarthy trying to stand up but can't free himself from Muller's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Muller is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Muller's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. McCarthy clinches. Muller drags the fight down to the ground.
McCarthy trying to control but Muller is working from the bottom. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Muller can do anything to dispel that myth. McCarthy stays in close to Muller's body and controls the position. Muller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McCarthy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McCarthy prevents Muller from getting back to his feet. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McCarthy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. McCarthy controls the pace of the fight for a moment. McCarthy wants to stand but Muller has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Muller keeping moving, preventing McCarthy from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jake McCarthy dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Muller shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. McCarthy is trying to maintain the position but Muller is very close to passing his half guard. McCarthy makes his way to full guard. A much better position for McCarthy. Muller must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Muller with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Muller throws a strike but McCarthy rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Muller wants to stand but McCarthy is controlling the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCarthy in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. McCarthy trying to control but Muller is working from the bottom. McCarthy is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Muller wants to stand and escape but McCarthy is having none of it. Muller is working an open guard so McCarthy takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Muller shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and McCarthy counters with a single leg into guard. Muller didn't expect that. Muller keeping moving, preventing McCarthy from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCarthy decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Muller drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. McCarthy has his foot on Muller's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Muller works his way back into a safe position though. McCarthy manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Muller moves in looking to clinch but McCarthy pushes him off. Muller looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for McCarthy! McCarthy tries to reverse the position but Muller maintains control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Muller working the ground and pound effectively.
Muller lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. McCarthy gets back to half guard. Muller missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Jake McCarthy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. McCarthy blocking the ground and pound attempt from Muller. Muller throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The fighters are battling for position here. McCarthy manages to regain full guard. Nice work. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. McCarthy has a closed guard, preventing Muller from standing up.
And that's the end of the fight! Jake McCarthy showed his dominance in that final round. I think McCarthy has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
