Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daddy fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
stevenson dodges the punch combination from Daddy.
stevenson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Daddy is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

stevenson keeping moving, preventing Daddy from controlling successfully.
Daddy tries to stand but stevenson is controlling from the bottom.
stevenson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
stevenson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Daddy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Daddy is trying to stand.
Daddy wants to get back to full guard but stevenson has mounted him!
Daddy is desperately trying to improve his position but stevenson has a good base and remains in mount.
Daddy prevents stevenson from taking his back.
stevenson wants to control the pace but Daddy is squirming around nicely.
Daddy tries to reverse the position but stevenson maintains control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Daddy is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Daddy looks gassed!
Daddy flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Daddy's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
stevenson looking to control but Daddy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Daddy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with stevenson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Daddy keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Daddy wants to try and get back to his feet.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Daddy looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by stevenson! Submission of the night perhaps?
