Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Talsar Vermillion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Doball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vermillion comes to the cage accompanied by Undead. Talsar Vermillion has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Talsar Vermillion! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dave Doball! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Doball closes the distance and clinches. Doball wants the takedown. Vermillion is fighting it off but Doball persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Vermillion's guard against the cage. Vermillion is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Doball dives into side control.
Doball goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Vermillion has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Doball but great work by Vermillion. Doball explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Vermillion wants to clinch and Doball counters with a nice double leg into guard. Vermillion manages to escape and get back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Vermillion lands with a thumping leg kick.
Vermillion clinches but Doball breaks the clinch and Doball counters by clinching up. Doball looks gassed! Doball tries to pull guard but Vermillion won't allow it.
Doball slowing the pace effectively. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Vermillion obliges. Doball is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Vermillion is keeping busy. Vermillion wants to break free but Doball has control.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vermillion missing with knees to the body.
Doball tries for a takedown but Vermillion manages to get underhooks.
Doball is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Vermillion is keeping busy. Vermillion lands an elbow inside that Doball shrugs off. Vermillion jumps guard and drags Doball to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Vermillion wants to stand and escape but Doball is having none of it. Vermillion will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vermillion trying to strike off his back.
Vermillion is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Doball tries to free his leg and advance position but Vermillion is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Vermillion.
Vermillion tries to clinch up and Doball counters with a single leg into guard. Vermillion didn't expect that. Doball looking to pass the guard. Doball postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Vermillion is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Doball, into his guard. Doball is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Vermillion wants to stand but Doball has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Doball working for a triangle but Vermillion defends it easily.

Vermillion gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Vermillion looks to clinch and Doball counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vermillion is trying to stand back up but Doball is controlling him
Doball is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Vermillion has managed to free his arm - good work. Doball seems to be working for a kimura but Vermillion defends the submission attempt. Vermillion tries to roll over but Doball keeps him under control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Doball postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Vermillion to stand up. Doball rushes Vermillion and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Doball dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Vermillion has his takedown stuffed and Doball counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Doball. Vermillion wants to sweep but no luck. Doball drops back looking for a leg! Vermillion is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Vermillion manages to kick Doball off! Doball jumps back into Vermillion's guard. Doball passes Vermillion's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Doball is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Vermillion defends it well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Doball stops Vermillion from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Doball escapes and gets back to his feet. Doball dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Doball shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Vermillion napping and manages to drive through into side control! Doball is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vermillion is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Doball is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Vermillion has escaped the position, nice work there. Doball looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Doball tries for a kimura but Vermillion is defending well. Vermillion regains half guard. Doball in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Vermillion tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Doball!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:03 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Dave Doball!
