The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oleg throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tsipin was covering up waiting for the punch and Oleg finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Tsipin is trying to control the position but Oleg postures up.
Tsipin avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Oleg is looking to stand up but Tsipin won't let him.
Tsipin is trying to keep Oleg in close.
Tsipin throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Oleg trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Oleg has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Oleg postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tsipin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Oleg.
Oleg throws a right hand that Tsipin ducks under and follows up with a left that Tsipin also avoids with ease.
Nice uppercut lands for Oleg. That snapped Tsipin's head back.
Oleg lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Tsipin can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Oleg and Tsipin drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Oleg.
