Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryu Chun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryuzaki Kimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryu Chun! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryuzaki Kimura! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chun throws a head kick that misses. The fighters circle momentarily. Chun darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Chun throws a series of punches but Kimura moves out of range. Chun lands a head kick. Kimura smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Chun lands a head kick. Kimura smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Ryu Chun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chun throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kimura. Chun tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. No joy there for Chun, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Chun shoots in looking for a takedown. Kimura tries to sprawl out of it but Chun keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kimura manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Chun misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Chun looks to throw the jab but Kimura is out of range. Chun with a jab. Chun lands with a kick to the temple. Kimura shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
That's one minute gone in the round. Chun lands a head kick!
Nice uppercut there from Chun. Chun throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Chun throws a head kick but Kimura moves out of range.
Chun lands with a slapping head kick. Chun pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Chun misses the shot to the body. Chun lands a head kick!
Chun misses with a straight left. Chun works over Kimura's head and body with a nice combination. Kimura moves out of range as Chun strikes. Kimura closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kimura misses with the ground and pound. Chun is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Chun is breathing heavily. Kimura controls the position. Kimura looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Kimura controlling the position from side mount. Kimura creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Chun sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kimura scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Chun to see if he's OK. Chun wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Chun tries to bench press Kimura off him but Kimura keeps the position. Kimura throws a strike aimed at the side of Chun's head but Chun avoids it well. Kimura lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Chun down.
Kimura has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Chun wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Kimura trying to control the position but Chun is working away. An elbow from Kimura crashes against the mat.
Chun is looking for a sweep.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kimura trying to control the position but Chun is working away. Kimura is putting a hurting on Chun here, landing some big shots from side control. Chun is working to avoid the ground and pound but Kimura connects with a decent elbow. Kimura landing strikes. Kimura lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Chun down.
Chun is rocked! Kimura trying to control the position but Chun is working away. Oh Chun is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Chun seems to have got his legs back now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ryuzaki Kimura dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Chun throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Chun plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Chun misses with a series of wild punches.
Kimura keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Chun. Chun gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kimura to score an easy takedown into full guard. Kimura working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Kimura advances position into side control! Chun defending against the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chun is working to avoid the ground and pound but Kimura connects with a decent elbow. Chun is looking to reverse the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chun is not content to let Kimura control the position. Chun is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Kimura's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nice strikes from Kimura there. Kimura passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Chun! Chun is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kimura lands a heavy elbow. Chun tries to hold on but Kimura postures up. Kimura breaks from Chun's wrist control and lands an elbow. Chun wants to control but Kimura is having none of it. Kimura putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Kimura jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Chun manages to avoid the submission attempt. Chun wants to control but Kimura postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chun is trying to escape and get back to his feet. A lull in the action here as Kimura stalls from top position. Chun is pushing Kimura's head away, looking to escape. Kimura manages to hold on to the position though. Kimura controls the position. Kimura tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kimura has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Kimura trying to control the action but Chun is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Chun is working to avoid the ground and pound but Kimura connects with a decent elbow. Kimura cracks Chun with an elbow. That is naaassty. Kimura is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Chun is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Chun is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kimura is controlling him well. Chun is trying to control Kimura's posture but Kimura avoids it. Kimura connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Chun some visible discomfort.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ryuzaki Kimura showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Chun with a nice cross. Kimura bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Chun tries to bench press Kimura off him but Kimura keeps the position. Kimura lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Chun down.
Chun knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kimura on the ground. Chun is not in a great position here, taking some shots. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Kimura trying to control the action but Chun is working from the bottom. Kimura working the ground and pound but Chun is defending the strikes. Kimura trying to control the position but Chun is working away. Chun pushes Kimura away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kimura gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Kimura wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chun keeps working. Chun tries to bench press Kimura off him but Kimura keeps the position. Kimura in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Kimura creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Kimura is looking to take a break and control but Chun is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chun pushes Kimura away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kimura gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Chun wants to control but Kimura postures up. Chun is trying to escape the position but Kimura is controlling the position. Chun is trying to improve his position. Kimura thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Chun is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Chun parries the strikes from Kimura easily there. Kimura is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Chun to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kimura trying to control the position but Chun is working away. Chun struggling a bit here. Kimura working the body and head with strikes. Kimura cracks Chun with a big right hand but Chun just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Chun seems a little lost for a moment, as Kimura dominates the positioning. Kimura wants to control but Chun is keeping him busy. Chun takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Kimura wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chun keeps working. Ryu Chun has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kimura staying calm.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kimura misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Chun gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Kimura has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Ryuzaki Kimura has got the better of the ground game so far. Chun really wants to buck Kimura off and get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Ryuzaki Kimura comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kimura winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
