The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shcenk takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Furnival ducks under a wild hook from Shcenk.
Furnival turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Shcenk steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Furnival. That one must have hurt.
Shcenk looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Furnival fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A chopping leg kick lands by Furnival.
Furnival's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Furnival duly obliges.
It looks like Mark Shcenk has been cut.
Furnival scores with a spinning back kick!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Furnival.
Furnival fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Shcenk looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Furnival moves into the clinch.
Furnival landing knees to the head.
A knee to the head by Furnival.
Furnival lands with a right to the head.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Furnival.
Furnival pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Furnival lands a big head kick that sends Shcenk to the canvas! Furnival follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
