Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Guy Dude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ash Ketchum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ketchum has chosen I Wanna be the Very Best as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Guy Dude! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ash Ketchum! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ketchum throws a hook but Dude avoids it easily. A left and a right from Ketchum both land. Nice combination. The fighters circling - Ketchum throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Ketchum connects with a crisp jab. Dude shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ketchum defends it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dude closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Ketchum on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Guy Dude overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dude wants to control from the top but Ketchum keeps moving. Dude drops back, looking for a kneebar! Ketchum looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Ketchum looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Ketchum! Dude is looking for a sweep. You can see the frustration on Dude's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dude tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ketchum wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Ketchum tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ketchum has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Dude fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Ketchum is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dude has hold of Ketchum's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Ketchum manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Ketchum is still in real trouble! Can Dude finish him? Dude postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Ketchum in real trouble here! The ref calls for Ketchum to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
