Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between dave houses (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lord Satan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Satan's choice of entrance music: Orbital - Satan. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
houses connects with a high kick.
It looks like Lord Satan has been cut.
A nice inside leg kick there by houses. That's going to slow Satan down.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Satan is trying to break the clinch but houses has him pressed against the cage.
houses working Satan over with knees to the body.
houses's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
houses scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Satan has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. houses is working away from the top position though.
houses wants to stand but Satan has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
houses really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

houses seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Satan for as long as he can get away with.
Satan is looking for a sweep. houses is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Satan looking for submissions from the bottom but instead houses passes into half guard.

houses decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Satan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Satan can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as houses controls the pace.

Satan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. houses doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Satan is tightening it up a little... houses has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! houses reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! houses taps out! nice BJJ there by Satan!
